Our Mommy & Me classes support every stage of motherhood. Led by pre- and postnatal certified instructors, each class is safe, effective, and tailored for pregnancy and postpartum. Your little one can join in a stroller, baby carrier, or right on the mat with you!

Barre

Experience 45 minutes of low-impact, ballet-inspired movement. This class can be taken with your little one in a stroller, baby carrier, or on a yoga mat right by your side.

Mat Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your posture with this dynamic 45-minute Pilates session. This class combines small, controlled movements to tone muscles, increase stability, and promote full-body alignment. Please bring a yoga mat for this class. Your little one is welcome to join in a stroller, baby carrier, or on the mat with you!

Barre Fusion

This class elevates our classic Mommy & Me Barre class with Ballet inspired movement and pregnancy-postpartum safe low-impact cardio. This class focuses on controlled movement while safely elevating the heart rate.

Slow Flow Core, Stretch, & Restore

This gentle, low-impact class focuses on mindful movement, core connection, and deep stretching. This class emphasizes breath, stability, and mobility to help release tension and build core stability. Perfect for recovery days or anyone gently easing back into movement.
