FOUNDER/BARRE INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a proud mom of two with a lifelong passion for dance and fitness. With over 20 years of dance training and 7 years of experience teaching in the dance and fitness community, I’m dedicated to empowering women to lead by example and create strong, lasting habits.
As a certified pre- and postnatal fitness instructor, I specialize in supporting women through every stage of motherhood. I offer personalized progressions and regressions to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or further along in your journey.
No matter where you are on your fitness or motherhood journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way!

Kristen Poage
BARRE/PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Kristen discovered her passion for movement at the age of 14 when she first began dancing. Her love for creative expression continued to grow throughout college, where she deepened her practice by exploring Pilates and Barre. Instantly drawn to both disciplines, she earned certifications in each and began teaching.
As her experience evolved, Kristen felt a strong calling to support women through every stage of motherhood. Inspired by the moms and moms-to-be in her classes, she earned a certification in pre- and postnatal fitness to empower women through mindful, supportive movement.
Kristen believes that every workout should be a welcoming space—free of judgment and comparison. She leads with compassion and encouragement, always reminding clients that fitness is for every body, at every level!
