Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a proud mom of two with a passion for dance and fitness. I’m dedicated to empowering women to lead by example and cultivate healthy, lasting habits. With 20 years of professional dance training, and 7 years of teaching in the dance and fitness community, I’m here to support you at every stage of your fitness and motherhood journey! I’ll see you at the barre!
Certifications
As a certified pre- and postnatal fitness instructor, I provide personalized progressions and regressions tailored to support you through every stage of motherhood. With a professional background in the dance industry, I integrate elements of classical ballet into my barre classes, helping you feel graceful, strong, and empowered as you navigate your journey through motherhood.
Kristen discovered her passion for movement at the age of 14 when she first began dancing. Her love for creative expression only deepened through her college years, where she expanded her practice by exploring Pilates and Barre. Instantly drawn to both disciplines, she quickly pursued and earned certifications in each.
As her experience grew, Kristen felt a strong calling to support women through every stage of motherhood. Inspired by the many moms and moms-to-be in her classes, she went on to earn a certification in pre- and postnatal fitness, aiming to empower women through mindful, supportive movement.
Kristen believes that every workout should be a welcoming space—free from judgment and comparison. She leads with encouragement, always reminding clients that fitness is for every body, at every level.
